Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty mixed experience at The Hollywood Roosevelt. On one hand, the historical charm and ambiance of the place had me feeling like I was in a classic movie. But on the flip side, my stay was marred by some frustrating issues like the loud construction noise and the uninvited room entry. I gotta say, it’s a bit tricky to enjoy the glamour when you’re dealing with all that chaos.
My stay at The Hollywood Roosevelt had its highs and lows. The staff were truly really good, with individuals like Bill going above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, I encountered some issues, like a noisy bathroom fan and dim lighting in my room that detracted from my overall experience.
The Hollywood Roosevelt definitely has its charm with the nostalgic Art Deco vibe and the beautiful lobby, but my stay was marred by a few significant issues. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I faced a frustrating wait for my bags and encountered a noisy environment that made it hard to get any sleep. The pool area looked lively but felt neglected, and unfortunately, the food quality left a lot to be desired.
I had an really good stay at The Hollywood Roosevelt, thanks to its beautiful Art Deco design and prime location just steps from major attractions. The staff, especially Supervisor Bill, made my experience nice with their helpfulness and charm. However, I found the lack of a coffee maker in my room to be a bit of a letdown, and the dining prices felt steep compared to nearby options.
Staying at The Hollywood Roosevelt was a dream come true, with its rich history and beautiful Art Deco design. While my room was a bit small and without a view, the overall ambiance and staff service truly made the experience nice. I appreciated the vibrant location near Hollywood Boulevard even if the area had its challenges. The rooftop access and buffet lunch on my last day were fantastic highlights.
